Tang Development began work on The Black Pearl site, a former public house, at the beginning of 2024.
The proposed plans feature a mixed-use scheme with commercial units on the ground floor and residential units above.
The ground floor will be divided into two units, providing versatile commercial opportunities. The first floor and above will house seven apartments, comprising a mix of one-bed and two-bed units.
Our Services
We started supporting Tang Development with their building materials procurement and project management in February 2024 for a project in London, so this contract in Nottingham along with their other local development at Melton Road further embeds our provision as their outsourced procurement partner for construction materials.
We'll be working efficiently to source the best materials, collaborate with their skilled contractors, and maintain a strong focus on cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
