Careers with P4HB
Choosing to work at Procurement 4 House Builders is about more than just having a job.
All members of our team share the same goal: to help our clients build better. We do this by delivering cutting edge services in estimating, planning and scheduling of building materials and ensuring that our clients and project stakeholders focus on what they do best. That way, we can be our best.
This service and people-centred ethos is reflected in our company culture; we prioritise people, opportunity and career progression for all.
Our Story
We work with developers, architects and design & build who want to create homes and spaces that people will love.
In early 2020, Finbarr & James founded P4HB. They recognised the need to address the issues that were causing over 55% of builds to be delayed or over budget - inadequate planning and estimation, and poor service due to a lack of long-term relationships with suppliers.
They understood that builders needed to focus on what they do best - building. And so, they launched P4HB to cut through all the hassle of sourcing and scheduling materials, allowing our customers to do just that. Finbarr and James understand the challenges that their clients face, and they are passionate about delivering a procurement service that meets the unique needs of the building industry. Our team is committed to building long-term relationships with our clients, providing a reliable and efficient service that helps them achieve their goals.
Our Culture
Our company culture centres around valuing and empowering our employees, recognising their hard work, dedication, and achievements. As a family-run business, we understand the importance of work-life balance and prioritise supporting our team members to be the best versions of themselves—both personally and professionally.
We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment filled with mutual respect, where every individual is valued, encouraged to contribute, and empowered to drive forward. We believe in helping our employees reach their short-term and long-term goals and strive to create a supportive, rewarding workplace where everyone can grow and succeed together.
