David Grahame Construction started this exciting new project in 2024.
The redevelopment project will see the current site, and derelict property 200 yards from the River Thames, be renovated and extended into a 5 bedroom house with a courtyard garden and a side extension. Located in Chelsea, the project started in January 2024 and is due to be completed in Autumn, with a total project value of £2,500,000.

We signed a procurement and project management service agreement with David Grahame Construction in 2019 to become their outsourced building materials partner.
