Hornbeam Court Milton Keynes

Brickmort Developments Ltd acquired the Hornbeam Court site, previously social accommodation, in 2022.

The redevelopment project saw the old 43 apartment site refurbished into 46 new, modern apartments with the project including two end extensions to allow space for the extra 3 units.

Located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire the rip-out works commenced in July 2022 and the project completed in August 2023, with a total project value of £7,000,000.

We signed a procurement and project management contract with Brickmort Developments Ltd in 2022 to become their outsourced building materials partner.

The Hornbeam Court project is the third time we have supported Brickmort Developments Ltd and is the largest residential project to date. We provided take-off, schedule and supply of the following materials and packages.
