Ladywell Introduction

This redevelopment project saw the old Shell site repurposed into 7 apartments above a new commercial retail unit. Located in Lewisham, London the building works commenced in November 2021 and the project completed in early 2023, with a total project value of £6,000,000.
Services We Provided
We signed a procurement and project management contract with David Grahame Construction in 2019 to become their outsourced building materials partner.
The Ladywell project is the sixth time we have supported David Grahame Construction and is the largest project to date. We provided take-off, schedule and supply of the following materials and packages.
Glazing. Concrete. Blocks. Landscaping. Drainage. Masonry Support System. Plumbing. Roofing. Aggregates. Cement. Zinc Cladding. Insulation.
