Callisto Homes started this exciting new project in late 2024.
Southborough is a new development on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells where we'll be supporting Callisto Homes. The project consists of 6 x 3 storey 4-bed semi-detached properties and associated external works.
Our Services
Foundations are being dug currently, and the project is due to complete in January 2026. It's a tight space with a care home, public car park and public footpath close by, so will require planning and plenty of communication between site and our supply chain to minimise disruption.
